I did not receive my 1099G but I know how much I paid. But now I have to enter information in HRblock for state address and payer's ID number and so on. Where do I find this from?
This is for the state of Georgia.

I assume the 1099G would have been a refund of tax income taxes ? If so, you could call the State or as a last resort, look on a previous years 1099G.

If you did not itemize in 2005, that is why you did not get the Form 1099G, as it is NOT taxable income to begin with.
