You could also have a flu bug, or sore from sex, (or any other activity, including your menstrual cycle) or both, and still be pregnant. Unlikely since you are having your period now, but not impossible. Unfortunately, you have to wait to verify with a pregnancy test, or a doctor visit.

A little too soon for testing and even symptoms after just a few days since sex, if I read your post correctly (Sex for two days in March, 14th, and 15th), and best to wait until you miss your next period for better accuracy (If you do miss it).
