    California DL AB60.. DACA
    Hello, I currently have my DACA and work authorization but it will expire soon (April 14, 2015). And I'm barely sending out my renewal this Friday (3/20/15). I know for a fact that I won't be receiving my renewal before the expiration date and my DL (California) expires the same day as my permit does, my question is, can I get the undocumented license ab60 while I wait for my renewal AND then once I get my new permit RE-APPLY for the regular CA DL? I just don't want to be driving without a license while I'm waiting for my renewal

    As I understand the question, California has a special sort of driver's license for undocumented aliens.

    Did you ask these questions of the DMV?
