Is a parent or grandparent a citizen or past citizen of any of those counties?
What type of work do you do, and what type of work do you plan on doing after you move to that country?
How much money do you have, and do you plan on buying property or investing in a business when you move?
But you will need to live and work in the countries before you can become a citizen. (and or marry someone from there.)
Belgium used to be the easiest and only required you live there for three years. But that was recently changed to 5 years. Also not all allow dual citizenship, which needs to be considered.
Of course, if you have 500,000 to 1,000,000 to invest, many nations can give you a residence permit quickly.
