98 honda civic automatic won't crank?
Headlights, radio, A/C, all come on but car won't crank. Tried jumping starter, didn't work. New starter, battery, and distributor. No Idea what's going on.

. Remove and fully charge the battery. Clean the battery terminals and cable connections with a battery brush; clean the main ground, where it attaches to the frame; and check the battery cables for hidden corrosion and breaks.
. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multi-meter.
. Perform an ignition by-pass test, where you connect a 12 AWG wire, or remote starter switch, from the positive battery cable to the "S" terminal on the starter motor solenoid. If the starter motor cranks, the problem is with the ignition switch, neutral safety switch, wiring, or starter motor relay (which your car doesn't have).
