Hey all... Found a white oblong pill with markings of p42... any idea what it might be? TIA

What does it matter what it is? If you found it you have no idea if is is still in it's original state, it could have been altered with other compounds and therefore be very dangerous, so my advice is to flush it down the commode to make sure no one else "finds it".
