    Too soon to test, but could I be pregnant?
    I had sex 4 days ago and I been having really bad cramps and I'm not on my period and I been feeling nausea and eating a lot I know it's kind of early to take a test but I really need help and we didn't use a condom and I'm not really sure if he came in me but I think he did please help me

    If there was penile insertion, there is a possibility of pregnancy. But it is too soon for any physical manifestation of pregnancy. You will have to wait until a week or so after your next period is due to start testing.

    Since it takes 2 to 3 days for the sperm to reach the egg, there would have just been fertilization (assuming you were ovulating)
    There should be no reason for feeling sick and esp not for eating a lot because of this. Often people assume pregnancy signs, ( that don't even happen for all women) that happen in the 2nd and 3rd months and then start seeing them, right after sex. Often this is from worry and stress.

    At 4 days out, the chances that the sperm has met the egg are slight. Therefore, you would not be having any symptoms of pregnancy at this point.
