    My browser bar in windows7 is down at the bottom of the screen instead of at the top.
    My browser bar is at the bottom of the screen in windows7 instead of the top.
    How would I fix that

    Right click on the Task Bar
    Choose 'Properties'
    Find 'Task Bar Location on Screen'
    Click on the drop down menu to choose the orientation you prefer
