While I may think perhaps another issue, yes, at this point you need to see your doctor. All we could do would be guess and you need to be examined and find out the problem.

Did you go to the doctor when you had the very heavy bleeding and cramping for 3 weeks? Do you normally have heavy periods and severe cramping... some women do. You could always call your doctor's office back, explain your symptoms again, and ask if they suggest you go to an urgent care, or walk-in, office if they are not able to see you before Friday. Most offices will make time available for more urgent concerns.

No. Didn't think I needed to. I never have heavy periods and they never last more than 5 days I wouldn't be posting this if it wasn't serious...

If YOU think its serious enough to see a doctor NOW, and your doctor does NOT, you always have the option of going to the emergency room.

OK, well if YOU think it's serious, as only YOU know your symptoms, then get to urgent care ! If you are inserting a tampon and it is cramping so bad, what does that tell you ! Geesh !

Until you are seen, skip the tampons and use pads. Simply go to an urgent care office. If there isn't one near you, call your doctor's office and tell them that you feel you need to be seen today.

Well quit bleeding for a few days after the bad cramping. Not so bad when I wear a pad but when I pee the whole toilet fills up with blood. Pretty sure the tissue passed yesterday. Hence big plop in the toilet lots of blood. And I'm still bleeding bright red blood. No appointments open still. No cramping. No fever I feel fine. I just won't stop bleeding. If I don't get a response that make sense. Then I'll go to the er on Wednesday.

You first posted on March 3, that was 14 days ago. At that time you said that there were no appointments available with your doctor until Friday. So did you go on that Friday?

We can't diagnose you, it's simply not possible to do online. You need testing done, at the very least an exam, maybe even an ultrasound, maybe more. No way that can be done online.

This is serious enough to go to the ER. Why you've waited 2 weeks since you last posted, when the situation hasn't gotten better, is beyond me. You won't find answer online, it's not possible for anyone to give you those answers online!

Please see a doctor, in person!
