    Medical insurance lapse in coverage
My employer stopped paying insurance premiums while continuing to deduct fees from employees pay. He was aware I had MRI and other tests scheduled and knew the coverage had been cancelled and never said a word. I now have over $10K in medical bills from the time after the coverage was cancelled and we were notified by the carrier that the policy was cancelled. Can I sue?:

Your employer broke the law and you need to call the county states attorney. You should also get a good lawyer and sue his pants off. Then to top it off you need to call your old insurance carrier and tell them you are reporting them to the state inusrance board for cancelling your policy without notice. Sure he stopped paying the bill but they must notify your prior to termination. It's shoot gun law sue time.
