I'm trying to re-find a song based only on the video description and that it sounds similar to Vampire Weekend's "Step." The video has a man walking/hiking through blackish mountains, and as the video goes on, he gets older. He then stops and washes his face in a stream or lake.

Unfortunately, that's all I have. ANY help would be appreciated!
