I'm not feeling like myself. Today dizziness, palpitations should I go to the hospital? I hate to go if this feeling is going to pass. I haven't gotten shocked since I got the icd in november'14

My opinion is when in doubt, just go. Always better to err on the side of caution. Might not be cheaper, but you might live a longer healthier life if you do. I'd rather hear a doctor say "its nothing to worry about" than say "I wish you had come to me about this a long time ago!"
You should not be asking strangers online; you should be calling your doctor! You should HAVE a doctor, if you have a device implanted in your chest. Please, if you do go to the ER, don't use it as your own doctor again. If you do have a doctor, leave a message on the answering service, or if during hours, tell the staff, and they will give the message to the doctor. That's how it all works!
There are no doctors on this site, and no one on this site or any other is knowledgeable enough to give you an accurate answer. This is a serious thing, something you should be discussing with your doctor, not online.
In other words, it's your call if you go to the hospital. No one on this site can tell you what to do with any accuracy. I would go, only because you're concerned. At the very least I'd contact your doctor immediately and ask for his/her advice. YOu won't find legitimate advice online other than to see your doctor.
Yes, go to the hospital if you feel you are having palpitations it's possible your defibrillator isn't working properly.
