The fan will turn and work, but none of the five lights on the fan will... I checked the switch and wiring going to the ceiling fan and both were good. So I believe it has to be a problem within the fan... Any thoughts or suggestions?

This appear to be a model for a fan motor, but what's needed is the fan make, and model number.
Your description sounds as if you have a bad splice in the bottom canopy where wires from light fixture connect to light wire from fan. I would check there first to see if you have voltage there .
X2 to "1973"
Yep, great place to start, see if you have power and neutral on the blue wire and the white wire going to the lights from the fan. Are you controlling it with a remote, pull chains or switches?
