So we are going on a cruise the 27 feb so right now I'm 13 and I'm ovulating right now so my period is going to come around when we are at the cruise. Im so scared because my periods are pretty heavy and I don't wear tamponds and I'm not planning to anytime soon. Its going to be aweful I really need help. Sorry for any typos.

Let your mom help you with that, it's not a bad as you think.

Make sure to pack extra pads, let your mom know that you'll be getting your period while on the cruise, and that you're worried about it.

Wish there were a way to stop your period from coming so you could enjoy the cruise, but that's not possible, especially at your age.

I've been there, had many camping trips where my parents went to the beach while I sat in the trailer boiling my butt off suffering through cramps and being miserable!

There are tampons made especially for teen girls. You may want to look into them, talk to your mom about them. They'll at least allow you to go swimming if you want to.
