What can be possibly wrong when u constantly bleed? I have been checked but she said everything is fine.

When you say constantly what exactly do you mean? How long had it been going on for? How long does it last? How much blood would you say you've lost?

I've been spotting here and there. I be feeling sleepy... Tired... Weak and my stomach and back be hurting. I had a Pap smear but she told me everything looked good but I mean I'm still bleeding. Idk what to do really.

Possibly pms? Or maybe just a heavy period? Have you seen your GP?

How long have you been having the spotting or bleeding? Do you have regular periods? Have you seen your regular doctor? Any other testing done besides a Pap smear?

There re can be a number of possible reasons for continued spotting/bleeding that would require further checking beyond a Pap smear to detect.
