I had a spot in the corner of my mouth that has unfortunately turned into a cold sore I've had it for almost a week, I've tried antiseptic cream, blistex cream and I've also tried salt water, how can I get rid of it fast?

Have honey a little bit.
I put rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball, lay it on the sore, try not to scream, but do this every couple of hours. It works for me.
When I feel the beginning of one, before it has burst forth, every couple of hours I hold an ice cube on the spot. I think I read this trick on a website. This works for me, too.
Once it has erupted there is little you can safely do. However there are medications available for use when you feel it coming on.
In other words, see your doctor!
If it is a cold sore, but doesn't sound like one from your description, then no. 1 med is ABREVA, but this is only good if it hasn't erupted. IF you had left it alone and hadn't panicked with everything you could think of, it probably would have turned out okay.
