When my H1b was filed, I was with an end client ABC. After approval of the H1B, that project got over and I had to move to end client XYZ in a different state. My employer filed an lca but did not file an amendment. I have been working at end client XYZ for 1 year 6 months and want to go to India soon for stamping. Since the amendment wasn't filed earlier and I get one filed now, will it be an issue with USCIS that I waited for 1 year 6 months before filing the amendment? Can this lead to a denial? I have all of the other required documentation.
