How can you cover them. Perhaps with a racer or some other cosmetic approach

To begin with, the referenced channeling is for indoor use, not outdoor.

I agree the cable is not the prettiest thing to look at, but personally, I would just leave them alone. If you attempt to put them inside conduit or channeling then you have to make certain that the conduit/channel is listed for outside use, the proper size for the temperature and conditions in your area (Heat Moisture).

Just leave them alone!
