I crushed my pinky toe an its not getting better I have an app at a orthopedic dr I feel helpless I don't know know wa to do please help.

There isn't much we can tell you as we haven't seen it, we don't know what it's like, we don't know what you did to it, we're not doctors, we can't diagnose over the internet.

All that can be said is see a doctor and do what you are told. If it is too bad and you can't wait for the appointment, go to the ER.
