The two metal latches inside the pull cord housing that open up and latch on to the inside rotator when you pull the cord (sometimes referred to as Dogs/Dog Retainers) half snapped out how do I get them back on?

I need to model number please? Those dogs are spring loaded, springs can break or stick. Try spraying WD49 or lithium grease on them.
