Just replaced a new mixer valve off furnace and now there is low hot water pressure to the bathroom. There is also a hot water tank attached to the system. Any ideas?

Furnace or boiler?

Check the shutoff valves you closed... close and reopen fully and see if that improves things. How is the cold water pressure in this bathroom?
