Workout a payment plan, or go somewhere else that can give you a GED that you can afford. What state are you in?

If you can't afford to pay for that tiny amount for your GED. How exactly do you plan on paying for College, which is a significantly more PER QUARTER. Or do you think someone else should pay for that too?

In answer to your original question... There is no one here that is going to send you money to help you pay for this.

This is where reading the fine line in a contract comes into play. If this is a contract, you are legally bound to pay this fee. Ask family for help, get a job,etc.
