    How to tell my nan
I have depression but I don't know how to tell my nan as she not the easiest to talk to, but I think its just me because I don't really find it easy to talk to any of my family members. What should I do?

First this is an international site, who exactly is a "nan". But in general, Talk to her. Write her a letter and give it to her. Tell another family member and let them explain.

My nan would be my mums mum if that helps and okay that a good idea thank you. And I think I will try the letter.

Haven't made a doctors appointment yet? Depression is a diagnosis made by a doctor, not a stressed teen.

Grandmother, your mothers, mother is a grandmother. but why are you telling her, do you live with her? she raise you?

normally you would tell your mother and father and they determine if you need to see a doctor.

Being sad or feeling bad is not always depressed, at least to a medical level.

Yeah I went to my doctors and they have diagnosed me with depression and I'm on antidepressants and yeah I live with my nan so that why I would tell my nan. My parents situation on the other hand is complicated so I wouldn't go to them.
