CARPET STAINS REAPPEAR

Pet stains reappear a few days after commercial cleaning. This has happened after using several services and different approaches and products.

Is the problem the fact that the carpet was laid with padding BUT on a concrete floor? Does the stain remain in the concrete? And is there any solution?

The stains may have altered the color of carpet because of the acid content. If the odor has been removed then this is the problem. Have not found any product that can clear a stain that has been set for a fair amount of time.
