Its an early 90s children's cartoon I think. The introduction to the cartoon shows an island where little people live and a small boat not fr from the island with pollution all around it and coming out of the chimney. On that boat lives a tall woman with a red dress and her hair tied back tight and she has a small round husband with glasses and white hair. There's also a big dumb lad who lives with them. The people who live on the island are small with big hair a bit like trolls there's one with blue hair and black glasses I'm not sure if he's called cool or something. Please could any one tell me what the cartoons called its doing my head in and no one knows what I'm talking about! :confused: :confused:
