Need to get my w2 forms for 2014 in California.
Need to change my address to get tax forms

You merely contact the companies that you worked for. They mail out the W2 forms. Give them new address and they mail them to you.
W2 forms are issued by your employers and must be mailed by the employer by 1/31 of the year following the year the income was earned. Some employers send them early, some give them out at work, some provide them online. You need to contact your employers during 2014 to get your copy. If you moved since you left employ, you should have notified them. You will need to contact them to get a copy.
And please don't post multiple copies of the same question. Your posts have either been removed or consolidated into this thread.
