I had a miscarriage on January 13th at 9 weeks. On January 26 th I took a test it was positive we had unprotected sex last week could I be pregnant again or it still pos from my miscarriage

It was most likely positive due to residual hormones still in your system. It would be too soon for a test to be positive from an encounter a week ago.

That doesn't mean, however, that your encounter a week ago, won't result in a pregnancy, though I would highly doubt it.
