Need some help here.

I left Dubai in 2009 and had some unpaid loan, how do I check if I am blacklisted or not?

I don't have any friends or family to check on my behalf.

You can contact an attorney in the UAE and have them check on your behalf. They will usually need a power of attorney, and will complete this check for a fee. Alternately, you can try to re-enter the UAE and see if you are arrested, but I doubt that is they way you want to find out.
