Would like to know if it's possible to get a DBA by distance learning

I guess I have to ask what a DBA is ? The only thing coming to mind is Doing Business As, when you have a business name.

Or a BA degree but not up on DBA

I'm not sure what a DBA degree is either. There are a lot of places where you can get your college degree online. The link that I have provided is a really good resource for finding degrees offered from accredited colleges (remember that accreditation is important)... maybe they'll have what you're looking for. :-)
