I am on H1 and My wife was on H4 entire 2014. I paid around $10k for her masters in 2014.

1098 T form was showing up on her university online account. She filed a change of status to F1 and Starting Jan 2015 she is on F1. Now that form is not showing up. University was saying that 1098T form will not be issue for F1 students. Ideally she should be getting 1098T for 2014 right?

We have requested the university but they said they will get back to us.

Is there a way to get the tax benefits for the fee that I paid for 2014?
