I'm looking for a backup option like Crashplan which stores its data in Europe and accepts physical seeding in Europe.

• Data preferably stored in Europe. OR... it should be sure my data can be seen by nobody except me (in that case the US is also ok.)
• Would be nice if it could run on my Synology DS 1513+. If not possible, Windows support is also fine.
• It should be able to backup my external device (NAS).
• If it accepts physical restore by hard drive (sent by mail) and optionally physical seeding (hard drive upload via mail) that would be very welcome. However, physical restore would be still very welcome in case of an emergency.
• Preferably not too expensive...
• External information: I'm trying to backup a 4.5 TB drive. I'm based in the Netherlands.

What are good options?
