    Hi Cazsmith

There is only ONE water pipe that goes to the heat system, so follow the cold water pipe from the water main to the boiler and you should find the pipe that feeds water to the system. Most likely, the automatic fill valve is stuck and can only be unstuck by lifting the little lever on the top of the FILL VALVE (see picture). Lift the lever and the system will start to automatically fill, but be careful as this is a "fast fill" lever and it could feed water into the system too fast and cause the pressure relief valve to go off (not a good thing). You want to keep the pressure between 12-15 PSI in most cases, so keep an eye on the pressure gauge while filling. Worst case, the fill valve may need replacement.

Post back as you work through this, OK?
