My husband will see probation tomarrow, I am worried because he had gotten arrested for driving w/o a license and they had given him two tickets. Well he was confused and mixed up court dates for driving while license supended and no drivers license. He had gotten bonded out of jail for those two charges, but since he mixed up and they were at two different locations. Well he went to court but they told him he already had a warrant for driving while license suspended for not showing up and was to be at another court for the no drivers license. Well since he didn't go to court his bail has been forfited and that puts him at revoking probation. He has a 10 year sentence and has only been out 4 months. How much time do you think he will get. We live in Austin Texas.:confused:

How much time?? There's no way to tell. He can be made to serve the entire 10 years or just part. They're going to slam him pretty hard, though. Driving without a license, just 4 months after he's been released, means that he's crying to get back inside. Getting two tickets and becoming "confused" as to which ticket is which, is a further cry to go back to his cell mates. The court will give him what he wants.
