What is worst case scenario for coolant leak on a 1992 Honda Accord
Leak is under engine in the middle of engine,it was slow ,now it is so bad (leak) that I filled radiator the other
Day and it leaked out as I was still pouring coolant.

Could be a hose. Water pump hose is under the engine in some models. Might also be a heater hose. Doubt a cracked block or head with that volume, you would probably also have running issues.

Could be a freeze plug too...could be anything. You need to have it checked out as guessing is worthless. As you pour coolant into it, look around to see where it is coming from.

With a leak that big, it should be easy to locate. Don't drive it until you get it fixed--have it towed for servicing, if necessary.
