I had a miscarriage on 20th of December... It was a blighted ovum... the bleeding after I passed all the clots, stopped on 26th December.. after that we started trying to conceive again and had sex.today I went for a follow up scan and the doctor said, there is still some tissue in the uterus and again prescribed cytotec to b placed vaginally. I was wondering was it safe to have sex after the miscarriage before all the tissue has passed?

It would have been better until after your follow-up exam for that very reason. There isn't anything you could do about it now however. Wait until you have the okay from your doctor before engaging in sex again. You can expect some more cramping and bleeding from the cytotec. Be sure to follow your doctor's directions carefully in how you use it.
