Why would a employer test with urinalysis and a hair folicle test

Really? Duh!! Let me be more specific. Why would they use two types, when the hair folicle can verify for a longer duration of time?

Urine is for very recent use. Use that can't be detected by hair follicle.

Hair follicle tests detect use over time that is past the detection time of urine tests.

The results of a urine test can be more immediate than a hair folicle test.
