    Disconnected steam radiators
I have two steam radiators on third floor with gas boiler in basement. These two radiators are dead as a doornail and have tried all of the obvious fixes. I don't think they are connected somewhere. Is there a way of finding the disconnection point without ripping open walls and following piping?

Have you tried to bleed them?

No, but I don't see a bleeder valve anywhere. There is the valve to turn off steam to the radiator and the pressure valve at the other end. There are two large nuts at the top of either end about the size of a spray can's width. I don't think those are meant to be removed or released.

A bleed valve would be down low. Look right were the out going pipe exits the radiator.
