Its been a month since I got my period. Last month for some reason I got it twice. In the beginning of the month and mid. I've taken like 4 pregnancy test with a negative results. I was on mirena for 5 years. Took mirena out September this year. And ran out of my birth control pills in the beginning of December due to my insurance being over. Should I be worried?

Did you have unprotected sex during December (especially after your pills ran out?)?

The second period was most likely a reaction to stopping the pills. This can screw up your cycle. But if you don't want to be pregnant, then yes you probably should be concerned. But you won't know until your cycle straightens out.

It's possible that your cycle is now off due to the change in hormones after removing the IUD. For some women, it can take a cycle or so to adjust to the change in hormones, and now with stopping birth control pills that may mean December is off as well. See what happens when you would expect your period for January. If still off, try another test at that time, or you could see your doctor for a test there.
