Body weight, size, metabolism all are factors. Also, what do you mean by "clean" no trace at all ? Give it about 2 days.

2 days for most tests, but an EtG test can show exposure as late as 5 day in some cases and 3-4 day in many cases.

I've also read reports where EtG positives have been extracted from drinking lightly fermented orange juice (aka spoiled) and even after the use of alcohol containing lotions and creams. It is a highly sensitive test.

The above two answers answered the question you posted. Now I have to ask. Why are you worried about this? This isn't a normal concern, unless you're being tested. Is that the case? Are you being tested? If so, what do you stand to lose if you fail, and what's the time frame from your last drinking binge to the date of the test?
