    Can a person change?
I used to attend elementary school with this person, they would constantly throw rocks at me and fight me; they also picked on some of my friends. I know they attended a few other elementary schools. I am now attending the same high school as this person, they completely changed to a nice person and they keep to them self.

Anyone can change if they want to. If they have is a matter of finding out, if YOU want to.

I'm 68. I've seen people change. Sometimes you never know why. I saw someone change after the love of his life dumped him. Others who changed when a parent died, or someone very close to them died. Others experience something tragic alone - attack from a stranger, or almost dying themselves.

You could take the high road and ask this person something simple like how are you, do you remember me? You could later say how different he or she seems. See how it goes. Someday you may find out why. Maybe a sad life while being a bully and an even sadder life now.
