Using auto change-over thermostats in dual zone systems
How do you wire two auto change-over thermostats (air conditioning to heat automatic change-over ) in a dual zone (master/slave) system? I need to have safety precautions to block having one zone ask for heat while another asks for cooling. It's a logic question. If thermostat A and B both want heat, OK. Let zones A and B have heat until they're satisfied. Conversely, if if A and B want cooling, OK. Let zones A and B have cooling until they're satisfied. If only ONE thermostat wants heating or cooling, OK.
If BOTH Thermostat A and B want opposite things, NO ACTION. If you have hardware recommendations, please advise. Thank you!
