I was eating peanut butter off a spoon & I felt something sharp poke the roof of my mouth I pulled out the object to realize it was a fingernail! Can I contract any kind of sickness from this?

Or was it a claw from a rodent? It was probably sterilized during the manufacturing process. What brand?
