Hi, my ideal independent c30 boiler is working for heating but every tap/the shower have just a trickle when I turn the hot water on. The pressure gauge is at the right level but I can't work out how to sort out the hot water. The cold water works.

One possibility is a plugged plate heat exchanger or the valves in the boiler going to or from the plate heat exchanger.
