Hello, When I turn my heat on more than a little bit in my 2005 Pontiac Grand Am 3.4 L V6 Engine inside the car it vibrates violently. Just started this afternoon, is it a big problem or should I not worry about it? What could it be?
Could be a broken section on the fan squirrel cage and it is off balance.
Verify that the coolant level in the reservoir is at the full line. Check the operation of the blower motor.
Ok is it a big deal? Should I get it fixed right away? It is a car that has 153,000 miles on it and didn't spend too much money on it so just wondering if it is truly worth fixing this problem if I don't have to.
Wait, if it is the blower motor making the noise.
Identify the problem, and then you can see how much a repair will cost, and whether it needs to be done right away, or is worth doing at all.
