I wonder if anyone can help. Myself and girlfriend have split.she was visited by the social services in November and the house was disgusting .she had to move to her mothers. I have regular visits to my kids on a daily basis. My house has a bedroom waiting for them.she is a gambler and a liar she told the s service that I was a person who was raciest and a control freak. Through the allegations I cannot have my children overnight.She has not mad any attempts to mend her ways she is still a gambler and a lazy person. She is still being pushed by everyone to keep the house clean.
My question is how do I get custody of my kids bearing in mind they have a ss care order on them thanks to my ex.

You have to deal with social services. You need to push them into investigating both of you to determine the truth. When they come back with their report you can petition the courts for custody.

You have not only social services, but also should have a custody order in place with the court giving her custody. You need to go back to family court where she got custody and attempt to get custody, or at least visitation rules changed.
