    What is an remand motion
    Ssa filed motion to dimiss my ssi disability claim I need to know should I file an remand motion they said in motion no final decision was madecause imissed my hearing even though iwent through all the 3levels of appeals I missed hearing that was an phone hearing because of phone trouble they said am at the reconsedration level until final decision is made

    Usage of proper grammar would help here. To "remand" in your case, is to send the appeal back to a lower court. Basically it starts the process over. On what basis did they deny your SSI claim?
