Low pressure in potterton puma?

Good evening folks.

My boiler is reading low pressure however I've not yet been able to re pressure it after following a variety of guides.

I will attach photos to see if anyone can help but I've already turned the White tap anti clockwise with no sound or increased pressure.Attachment 46881 Attachment 46882
