Slight itching, slight burn, discharge, etc?
I had sex with my boyfriend on Friday, and again on Saturday. I had to stop him the second time because the pain was too severe, however it was incredibly painful the first time as well. I spent the night with him and hadn't urinated or changed my underwear, which I know could cause infection. At first, I thought it tore because the appearance and pain suggested that, and when I wiped there as a very very slight amount of blood. This morning, the slight burn and itch persist, and there is a lot of watery discharge, no smell. I also have to pee often, and it is uncomfortable to pee, but it doesn't feel like a UTI. I'm hoping it it just an infection I can treat OTC seeing as I don't have health care to see a doctor.

Please look at the "Medical Conditions & diseases" board for advice on how to get into seeing a doctor in the USA without having healthcare. I say this because it really sounds like you have a STI of some variety. If you want to be sure it isn't something simple, like a yeast infection, you can take a Over the Counter Yeast infection treatment. If that doesn't work then the only alternative is to go to the doctor and get it professionally diagnosed.
