    Cramps VS ruptured ovarian cyst
Hi, can someone help me, I am trying to figure out if I am just having really bad cramps of if a cyst is rupturing. I am 27 yrs old so you would think I would know the difference lol, but my period was 25 days late, so I am just wondering if this is my "pay back" for being so late. The pain has been going on all day since 6 am and has been a constant stabbing pain on the left side of my abdomin and goes all the down. And basically covers the whole upper part of the uterus. I have been taking tylenol and advil and that hasn't helped. I can't "sit" I more or less have to lean back or sit kind of on my side to try and get comfy and not cause any more pain. It also is painful to urinate, and I can't use tampons like I usually do because it is so painful, and so I am going through about 6-8 pads a day.

Please can someone help me? I am in a lot of pain but I don't want to be that girl who goes to the ER for cramps.

    Thank you!

"but I don't want to be that girl who goes to the ER for cramps." You should be "that girl" and go to the ER.

It's possible it could also be a ruptured fallopian tube from a tubal pregnancy if you are sexually active. Please seek medical help at once.
