Ive been having right lower side pains for about a month now. Almost feels like when I had a kidney stone. My belly has been swelling up and tender, usually after eating and I've been having sharp pelvic pains when I cough for about 2-3 weeks. I feel like I cant have a BM a lot in this last week and have had tiny pinpoint blood spots when I wipe. I have been puking a lot this last month also. I took three pregnancy tests 3 days ago and all instantly came back positive.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. But, with the right-sided pain and the positive pregnancy test you should get checked for a tubal pregnancy.
